Financial reporting

The financial reporting templates available on our website are for informative purposes only and are not to be used for the financial reporting of your projects, the BESTLIFE2030 finance team will provide you with a customised financial reporting template based on your proposal, approved budget and reporting period. Technical reporting

At BESTLIFE2030, we are committed to ensuring the success and impact of every project we support. Our robust monitoring and evaluation framework helps us – and our grantees – understand what’s working, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that funded projects deliver real, measurable change.

As part of this approach, we provide a comprehensive Interim Technical Report Template designed to guide awarded organisations through a clear and structured reporting process. This template supports grantees in tracking project progress, evaluating outcomes, measuring efficiency, and capturing the real impact on beneficiaries. It also prompts early identification of risks and the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.

All grantees are expected to download and complete this template as part of their reporting requirements. Submissions must be made in line with your assigned reporting period deadlines.

Grant agreement

This section provides access to the grant agreement template and annexes for informational purposes only. These documents are made available to help awarded grantees review the terms and conditions before signing the final agreement with IUCN.
